Hello, my name is Abigail. For this year’s spring break, my family is going to Florida. We are going this year because we haven’t been in like two years. Some of my family lives in Florida, so we get to see them every once in a while. We love going to the beach all day, but every time we leave, we are all sunburned for weeks. My favorite thing to do in Florida is visit family and see all the plants and animals. My aunt has fish, two dogs, a bearded dragon, a crested gecko, a leopard gecko, a hamster, two ferrets, and a cat. My favorite animal there is the crested gecko.

Spring break trips like this are something a lot of students look forward to each year. Whether people travel far away or stay close to home, it’s a chance to relax, spend time with family, and take a break from school. For many, these trips create memories that last a long time, especially when they include fun activities like going to the beach or visiting people they don’t see often.
