On Monday, December 30, our varsity Lady Bulldogs traveled to Shawe Memorial. It was a very close game, and a fight to the finish. Unfortunately, the Lady Bulldogs lost 41-40. Kendall Hale led the team with 23 points and 6 rebounds. Maggie Dawson added 9 points and 8 rebounds, and Hannah Price added 8 points and 7 rebounds. Charlotte Entwistle had 5 assists.

Next, on Tuesday, January 2nd, the varsity girls took on sectional rival Wood Memorial. The Lady Bulldogs lost 57-30. Hale led the team with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Dawson added 5 points and Price also added 4 points and 4 rebounds. Entwistle added 2 points and 1 rebound.

The Lady Bulldogs then played at Lanesville on Saturday, January 4. The Bulldogs lost 88-25. Kendall Hale led the team with 14 points and 7 rebounds. Dawson added 4 points and Entwistle added 3 points. Sara Crafton scored 2 points and Caitlyn Chesterfield added 1 point. Lanesville is an impressive team on both sides of the ball, and they are currently ranked 4th in the state.

The Lady Bulldogs will travel to Southern Roads Conference rival Columbus Christian this Saturday, January 10th.
