7th Grade Lady Bulldogs Defeat Hornets
Cannelton Lady Bulldogs 8th Grade Basketball Team 2019-2020.
On Thursday January 16, our 7th grade girls basketball team played against the Hancock County Hornets. The team worked together and won the game 28 to 4.
Kylie Anastasiades lead the team with 16 points. Sixth grade Chloe Hale scored the other 10 points of the game.
Coach Mike says that as a team, “We worked well as a group.”
When asked why he thinks we won the game, Coach Mike responded, “We looked for cutters and executed our dribble penetration well.”
The 7th grade Lady Bulldogs will take on the Lady Hornets again on January 27th.
