Reid’s Orchard has been open and growing for over 145 years. They grow a variety of vegetables, fruits, and flowers. They have so many great activities to do with your family, and they even have a store where they sell homemade products and more. If you’re looking for a fun Fall activity – this is it!

One of the most popular Fall activities is picking pumpkins, and you can do that and more at Reid’s Orchard. Along with picking pumpkins, you can also pick apples, peaches, or strawberries. There are plenty to choose from while you’re there – you can look at all 20 acres of apples, 25 acres of peaches, and 5 acres of strawberries.

Some days of the month you can go and see animals, go on pony rides, and go to a little petting zoo. They will also be able to experience many rides and activities. You can also go to their store and shop their large variety of products, including homemade fudge, jams, locally harvested honey, and more.

On October 19 from 10:00 – 6:00, and October 20th from 12:00-6:00, Reid’s Orchard will be hosting their annual Apple Festival. There will be over 100 craft booths and twenty food booths set up, carnival rides, and more. The Apple Festival has become a huge local favorite and has grown a lot – since they have been having the Apple Festival they have gone from 20 craft booths to now having 100 craft booths set up.

All of this you can do with your family at Reid’s Orchard. In my personal opinion, Reid’s Orchard is a really fun place to go with your family over Fall Break or any other time, because you have so many things that you can do.
